How to Use

After thoroughly cleansing skin with the Bi-Phase Eye and Lip Make-Up Remover, apply The Special Eye Treatment to the area around the eye when clean and dry, in the morning and/or evening.

• Gently massage into the skin from the inner to the outer corner of the area below and above the eye.

• Use gentle pinching movements over crow's feet and frown lines.
