At Rennaï, every detail of your experience is considered with care. The return and exchange policy is designed to offer clarity, confidence, and flexibility across a curated selection of beauty, wellness, and self-care products. If a selection does not meet your expectations, eligible returns are accepted in accordance with the policy outlined below.

 

Return & Exchange Overview

Rennaï accepts returns and exchanges on eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase for unopened items and 14 days for gently used products, subject to approval.

All returns and exchanges require valid proof of purchase.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Unopened Products

  • Eligible within 30 days of original purchase date
  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Valid receipt or purchase history required

Gently Used Products

  • Eligible within 14 days of purchase
  • Defined as up to 15% product usage
  • Subject to approval upon inspection

Items outside these timelines are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for another item. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

 

Proof of Purchase Requirements

To complete a return or exchange, a valid proof of purchase is required:

  • Customers with a Rennaï account may access their purchase history directly within their account
  • Customers without an account must present a physical or digital receipt at the time of request

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Gift returns are issued as Rennaï gift card
  • Processing times:
    • In-store: up to 15 business days
    • Online returns: up to 30 days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless incurred as a result of a Rennaï or carrier error

 

Gift Returns & Exchanges

  • Items returned with a gift receipt: issued as Rennaï gift card
  • Items without gift receipt: eligible for exchange at current retail value

 

Return Methods

In-Store Returns

Returns and exchanges can be completed at our Royalmount location.

Online Returns

To initiate an online return, clients may submit a return request through their Rennaï account via the original order details.

Once a request is submitted, it will be reviewed and approved in accordance with our return policy. Upon approval, clients will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions for return shipment.

Returned items must be shipped back within the eligible return window to ensure processing.

All online returns must be received within the eligible return window.

 

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable)

The following items are considered final sale:

  • Items marked with a price ending in .98
  • Gift with purchase items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Intimate care products
  • In-store services and treatments
  • Workshops and event tickets
  • Promotional or complimentary items

 

Promotions & Discount Policy

  • Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only
  • Must be applied at the time of purchase
  • Cannot be applied retroactively
  • Not valid on gift cards
  • Not redeemable for cash

Rennaï reserves the right to limit or cancel orders in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of promotions.

 

Additional Policy Information

  • Rennaï does not offer price adjustments or price matching
  • Excessive returns or misuse of promotions may result in account limitations
  • Returned gently used products are responsibly recycled where possible as part of our sustainability commitment

 

Holiday Return Extension

Orders placed during the holiday period may be eligible for an extended return window beyond our standard policy.

The exact eligible dates and extended return deadline will be communicated once available and may vary by season. All holiday returns remain subject to our standard return and exchange conditions unless otherwise specified.
