Delivery timelines are estimates. While we make every effort to meet these windows, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of Rennaï’s control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day
• Orders are fulfilled Monday through Sunday, excluding Québec statutory holidays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can follow your delivery in real time through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Coverage

Rennaï currently ships to all provinces and territories within Canada.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

P.O. Boxes & Remote Locations

• P.O. Box delivery is available with standard shipping
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time or, in some cases, additional fees

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items are subject to transportation regulations.

Products such as aerosols and alcohol-based formulas (e.g., hairsprays, pressurized containers) are classified as hazardous materials and must be shipped via standard ground service only.

Order Availability & Partial Shipments

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

• The item will be cancelled and refunded
• You will be notified by email
• Remaining items will be shipped as scheduled

If your order qualified for free shipping, this benefit will still apply, even if part of the order is cancelled.

Title & Risk of Loss

Ownership of products transfers once your order has been shipped.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery.
