After applying your Concealer, add a sheer sweep of the Blurring Under-Eye Powder over the under-eye area to blur, smooth, brighten and set your concealer in place.

• Dab on dark areas and spots with the Concealer Brush to brighten.

• Sweep over cheekbones for a touch of subtle illumination.

• Apply along the brow bones to achieve a natural-looking highlight.

• To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Concealer and Powder starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones. Gently blend to a luminous finish.
